What type of race are you going to run?

You can choose between running the race in person or virtual. If you choose in person you can also run the virtual one but not the other way around.

We will send the runner's pack starting from December 2nd. Shipments are not based on the registration date; they are carried out based on operational factors such as the chosen t-shirt size, virtual or in-person race, and whether it's a domestic or international shipment.

Legal terms

If you have authorized clicking on the checkbox enabled for the purpose, your personal information: first name, last name, email address, phone number and postal code will be processed by Nationale-Nederlanden* with the aim of sending out communications of a commercial nature (discounts, promotions, sweepstakes, newsletters…), by e-mail or other means of communication (SMS, postal mail), related to its products and services as well as the development of profiles and market research.

The user may revoke such consent provided for the reception of commercial communications at any time by simply notifying publicidadno@nnespana.es, with “No advertisement” as subject.

PRIVACY POLICY

Responsible: The personal details provided by the user to register in the event (the “Event”), such as those generated by their participation and assistance in the mentioned event will be processed by Last Lap, S.L.U., a company with it registered office in C/ La Granja, 22 28100 Alcobendas Madrid and N.I.F. B80891211 (“LastLap”).

Purposes and basis of legitimacy: Last Lap will processed your personal details for the following purposes: (i) To take the necessary steps to enable your participation and/or assistance to the Event, as well as to send information and communications, including electronic means, related to the Event: the legitimacy of data processing is the rendering of the requested service, this is for maintenance, compliance, development, control and the execution of the contract relationship established between you and Last Lap; (ii) To send its own commercial communications about products and services of LastLap similar to those previously hired, including by electronic means: the legitimacy of the data processing is the legitimate interest of LastLap to improve our products and services; (iii) To send commercial communications of third parties of the publishing industry, means of communication, sports and professional services, including electronic means: the legitimacy of the data processing is your consent, that has been given, in your case, by checking the respective box, agreeing to the reception of these mentioned commercial communications.

Recipient:When necessary, to companies with whom we can externalize certain services related to information technologies, marketing agencies or logistics providers. In these cases, we make sure that such parties comply with the regulation on protection of personal data. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, third countries or international organizations, except in the case of legal obligation.

Conservation period: The data will still be there as long as you do not withdraw your consent or exercise your right of erasure, opposition, or the limits of treatment, and as long as necessary to comply with all legal obligations to which Last Lap is subject.

Rights: You may exercise your right to access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of the treatment and portability; or revoke this permission (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing), by writing to LastLap at the aforementioned postal address or via e-mail lopd@lastlap.com, providing your name and surname and attaching a copy of your National Identity Document or other document proving your identity. You can submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency in their website www.aepd.es.
