XI Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Mini by Contigo Energía

When

December 20th, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Where

Vallehermoso Stadium, Calle Jesús Maestro. Access A. 28003 Chamberí, Madrid.

Staggered starts every 5 minutes with 65 children per start (approximately 3,000 participants in total).

Children will wait for their start in the designated and marked areas inside the stadium.

Drop-off and pick-up of participants will be done in the areas designated by the organization. The starting line and the finish line will be separate to avoid crossing paths.

Participation and access to the venue with strollers will not be allowed. Participants and accompanying adults running with children must wear sports shoes.

Distance:

The distance will vary between 350 meters and 1,150 meters, depending on the category.

Registration

At www.sansilvestrevallecana.com until Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 8:00 PM or until the maximum number of registrations (3,000 bibs) is reached.

Cost

The registration fee is €3, which will be donated to the Gasol Foundation.

Bib Collection

Bib number collection will take place on December 19th from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at El Corte Inglés in Goya, and on December 20th from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vallehermoso Stadium (Entrance A on Jesús Maestro Street).

• Born in 2010 // 3 laps around the stadium 1,150 meters // start between 09:15 and 9:30 AM
• Born between 2011 and 2012 // 3 laps around the stadium 1,150 meters // start between 9:40 and 9:50 AM
• Born between 2013 and 2014(***) // 2 laps around the stadium 750 meters // start between 10:00 y 10:20 AM
• Born between 2015 and 2016 (**) // 2 laps around the stadium 750 meters // start between 10:30 y 11:06 AM
• Born between 2017 and 2018 (**) // 1 lap around the stadium 350 meters // start between 11:30 y 12:15 AM
• Born between 2019 and 2025(*) // 1 lap around the stadium 350 meters // start between 12:25 and 13:51 PM

(*) Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult (A).
(**) Children aged 7 and 8 may be accompanied by an adult (B).
(***) Children over 9 years old cannot be accompanied by an adult (C).
All accompanying adults must wear sports shoes.

A. The exit from the athletics track will be through the designated stairway to the child pick-up area.

B and C. The exit from the athletics track will be through the designated stairway to the child pick-up area. Children with a wristband indicating they can leave the venue alone will be allowed to do so. If the wristband indicates that they will be picked up by their parents, they will remain in the area until their parents arrive.

Awards and Medals:

Trophies will only be awarded in the 15-year-old and 13-14-year-old categories. In all other categories, a commemorative medal will be given to all participants.

CLARIFYING NOTE: Under no circumstances will children be allowed to access the stands from the track to meet their parents.
