Article 1

Denomination and institutions

On December 31st, 2019, the 55th edition of the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Internacional will be celebrated around the streets of Madrid.

Article 2

Who is allowed to participate in the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Internacional? Qualifying standard.

The minimum qualifying score to participate in the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana Internacional must be less than 39 minutes in the male category and less than 45 minutes in the female category in 10km track or route races validated by Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana during 2019 or in the Nationale-Nederlanden San Silvestre Vallecana 2018, they are published on the website of the race. Article 3

Circuit and race start times

The runs are disputed in a homologated urban circuit of ten kilometres, on asphalt surface, with the exception of the last 150 meters, which will be run on the pitch of Vallecas Stadium.

Deadlines and registration fees

Registrations will be opened from October 10th, 2019, to December 30th, 2019, at 23:00 hours or until the available positions have been exhausted.

Once you register for the run, you have the right of:

Collection of the chip, the race number and the commemorative t-shirt

The collection of the chip, number and commemorative t-shirt will take place in the ABC Serrano shopping centre, (Serrano St., 61 – 28006, Madrid), 10:00-21:30h., from the 18th to the 30th of December 2019. On the 24th of December 2019, the timetable will be from 10:00 to 15:00h., and on the 25th of December 2019, it will remain closed.

Medical service

The organization will have an adequate medical service in the start and finish line and during the circuit.

Article 9

Authorized vehicles and racers accompaniment limitations

The only vehicles authorized to follow the run are those designated by the organization.

Article 10


Any athlete who do not comply with the existing Royal Spanish Athletics Federation regulations and, in their absences, with the IAAF rules shall be disqualified.

Article 11


The claims regarding the classification should be made to the referee-judge up to 30 minutes after the results appear.

Article 12


The official classifications of the race can only be drawn from the Judge’s Committee of the Athletics Federation.

Article 13


There will be trophies for the first three classified of each category.

Article 14

Doping control

A doping control will be conducted in the International race, in accordance with the current regulations of the IAAF and the RFEA.

All runners, when sending the registration, declare knowing and accepting the present Regulation.

All the aspects envisaged in the above articles will be dictated by the current Competition’s Regulation of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation, and, in his absence, by the regulation of the IAAF.
